    The Port Neches-Groves ISD offers career and technical education programs in Business Management; Automotive Technology; Information Technology; Welding; Air Conditioning; Criminal Justice; Teaching and Training; Health Science; Family and Con­sumer Services; Electrical; Architectural Design; Digital Communications; Design and Multimedia Arts; Accounting and Financial Services; Emergency Services; Robotics; Manufacturing Technology; and Refining and Chemical Processes. It is the policy of PN-G ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or handicap in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilita­tion Act of 1973, as amended.

PNGISD CTE programs provide opportunities for all students to acquire the necessary skills needed for entry into a global workforce through industry certifications and/or for continuing their education at the post-secondary level.
