Online Registration Information
Online registration for the 2024-2025 school year for returning PNGISD students is now open
All PNGISD campuses will be hosting a registration week for the 2024-2025 school year. Campuses will be open on Monday, July 29th from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Tuesday, July 30th through Friday, August 2nd from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Please see the tabs below for specific requirements for registering your child.
Families with multiple school aged children MUST start the registration process at the oldest child's campus first!
All 2024-2025 registrations for students in Port Neches-Groves ISD will be completed online through Skyward Family Access. Family Access is the same system used to check your child’s grades and attendance.
If you do not remember your password, you can click the “Forgot your Login/Password” link on the Family Access login screen. If you have previously entered your email address in Family Access, you should receive an email with password help. If you need assistance, contact Student Services at 409-722-5924 ext. 1901.

NOTE: Registration must be completed along with all residency forms which are valid for one school year only and must be renewed each year prior to online registration. No classroom assignments or class schedules will be issued until this is completed.
PreK Student Registration Information
All PNGISD campuses will be hosting a registration week for the 2024-2025 school year. Campuses will be open on Monday, July 29th from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Tuesday, July 30th through Friday, August 2nd from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
PreK Parents/guardians should visit the PNGISD Administration building located at 776 Magnolia in Port Neches during Registration Week to register their student. Eligible students MUST be 4 years old on, or before September 1, 2024, and must meet the state eligibility requirements to attend PreK.
State eligibility requirements include:
A. Student is Bilingual due to a language other than English being spoken in the home. (Student will be tested to determined eligibility.)
B. Income Based (eligible to participate in the national school lunch program) Proof of income must be provided, including current check stubs, child support statement payment, current SNAP qualification letter, etc. (This cannot be determined after July 1.)
C. Parent is an active member of the armed forces (including the Texas National Guard)
D. Disabled Veteran Parent
E. Family is homeless (a meeting must be scheduled with the district homeless liaison)
F. Child is or has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services. (letter from DFPS must be provided.)
G. Parent eligible for the Star of Texas Award

K - 12th Grade Student Registration Information
All PNGISD campuses will be hosting a registration week for the 2024-2025 school year. Campuses will be open on Monday, July 29th from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Tuesday, July 30th through Friday, August 2nd from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
K-12th grade Parents/guardians should visit their child's campus during Registration Week if:
1. Parents with students new to the district
2. If you have a returning student and have not able to access the Online Registration Portal
3. If you need to update required information to complete the registration process
New Student Registration Information
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLING NEW STUDENTS:
• Withdrawal form from previous school
• Proof of Residence Requirements: A current water, gas, or electric bill with the parent/legal guardian’s name and address on bill.
• If renting or leasing, provide current lease agreement with all students and parents listed on the contract. Contract must be signed by apartment manager/homeowner and a parent/guardian. Contract must include current lease dates. Lease may not appear to have been altered.
• **If applicable, divorce decree in full, showing parent with right to determine residence
• **If applicable, court documents for guardianship
• Parent/guardian’s drivers license matching proof of residence(required by state law)
• Student’s birth certificate from vital statistics office.(Hospital copy not accepted)
• US Citizen – Student’s Social Security card Non Citizen – appropriate legal documentation
• Immunization records
