District Health Services

Port Neches-Groves Independent School District envisions our schools where all children are healthy, ready to learn, and prepared to make healthy life long choices. With this vision in mind PN-GISD employs a registered nurse (RN) to provide health services on every campus in our district.  Our nurses work every day to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our schools. If you have a student with a chronic health condition, special needs, or concerns  please contact the nurse at your students campus to develop a plan of care for these special circumstances and needs.
