Hi! Welcome to my class! I am excited about beginning a new school year with all of your kiddos! 

I have been in education for 7 years (all with PNGISD)... 3 years as a paraprofessional, 2 years as a small group math teacher, and this will make my 2nd year teaching ELAR... and I LOVE IT!! Reading is my JAM! 

I have a wonderful husband, 5 children, 3 grandchildren, and a dog named Abby :) My family and teaching are my life. 

I teach my students that our class is a family, also. We are a team. We will learn, and grow together, and make mistakes, and grow some more! All children have the ability to learn, just not on the same day, and not in the same way. We will embrace our uniqueness and be our best selves. I promise to provide a safe, respectful, kind, and loving classroom for your children to be inspired and successful in their education.

Communication with parents is the best way for our kids to have academic success. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns throughout the year! My door is always open!
