Mrs. Neeb is a 2001 PNG graduate.   She has been teaching US History for 17 years.   She also teaches Education courses at Lamar Port Arthur.   She holds a B.S in Political Science and History.  A M.ED in Education, and a Principal Certification.  She is married to a PNG 2000 graduate and has four sons who attend PNGISD.
