I am proud to say that I am the Principal of Port Neches Elementary. I have a responsibility to you, my staff, my students, and my community. I am committed to excellence. Therefore, I am guaranteeing that:
I will do my job with pride. I’ve been blessed with this awesome opportunity, and I am eager to take on this challenge.
I will treat my staff, students and parents with respect and develop strong positive relationships with them. I will model the characteristics I want from the team I work with: integrity, excellence, commitment, pride, quality service, dependability and fairness.
I will set the tone for a positive and productive work environment where teachers and students will feel safe, supported, valued, and loved.
I will provide teachers with training, coaching, education and resources in order to ensure that every student receives the high-quality instruction that our parents and community have come to expect.
I will continue to motivate the school community by modeling a relentless pursuit of the pride, honor, and tradition that is PN-G!
