Port Neches-Groves Independent School District approve the stadium construction contract with H.B. Neild & Sons, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas in an amount not to exceed $9,693,671.00 with further reductions in the amount to become effective upon completion of the revised Construction Documents by SHW Group, with a final completion date established as October 1, 2008.
